High bandwidth 3,3 V bus switch family

IDT has extended its QuickSwitch bus switch family for the enterprise/carrier-class and access infrastructure markets with seven new devices. All devices are claimed to offer the highest bandwidth and lowest ON resistance (Ron) available for 3,3 V bus switch devices. IDT's QuickSwitch products can pass high-frequency data signals up to 500 MHz, while the charge pump technology provides very low and very flat Ron over the operating range. Flat Ron combined with very low ON capacitance results in high-signal integrity at high frequency. In addition, input signals up to 5 V can be passed through the 3,3 V QuickSwitch devices. The family also provides a solution for voltage translation. QuickSwitch devices are offered in TSSOP, QSOP and SOIC packages.
