Coilcraft has introduced a new series of ADSL transformers that measure only 12,5 mm high. Available in surface-mount or leaded versions, these transformers are designed to provide optimum performance with GlobeSpan Titanium Fourte chipsets for central office and customer premises devices.
In addition to their compact size, Coilcraft's AS8952-A and AS8954-A transformers feature very low DC resistance and just 5 µH leakage inductance. Primary inductance is stable from -40 to +85°C and the longitudinal balance is 55 dB from 20 kHz to 1,1 MHz. The parts have been designed to meet UL 1950 requirements.
