Nordic's nRF902 is a true single chip UHF transmitter designed to operate in the 868 MHz ISM (industrial, scientific and medical) frequency band. It features frequency shift keying (FSK) modulation and amplitude shift keying (ASK). nRF902 operates at data rates up to 50 Kbps. Transmit power can be adjusted to a maximum of +10 dBm. The antenna interface is differential and suited for low cost PCB antennas.
nRF902 operates from a single +3 V d.c. supply and has a standby mode which makes power saving simple and efficient. As a primary application, the nRF902 is intended for UHF radio equipment in compliance with class I.a of the ETSI specification EN 300 220-1 V1.2.1.
