Kolb’s FR60 is a spray detergent for quick manual cleaning of assemblies, ideally suited for the fast removal of flux residues due to its short application time.
FR60 is simply applied from a spray bottle to the surface to be cleaned. The ESD-safe cleaner itself evaporates residue-free. The dissolved flux residues can then be easily removed using the bottle‘s brush head, which is particularly gentle on components.
While FR60 spray is ideal for normal PCBA contaminations, for stubborn contamination it is recommended to use FR100, a more intensive product for when individual assemblies have to be cleaned by hand for particular reasons. FR100’s features and application method are otherwise the same as FR60.
