The NeoDen K1830 features eight synchronised pick-up heads, 66 tape reel feeders and ensures repeatable, high-speed placement accuracy of <0,01 mm. Featuring an upgraded vision and positioning system, with double-mark cameras suitable for high-speed PCB assembly and production, the K1830 is built for high placement accuracy.
This automatic SMD pick-and-place machine supports both electric and pneumatic feeders. For 0201-sized components, electric feeders are required, but for normal assembly work the lower-cost pneumatic feeders are sufficient. The picking location of the pneumatic feeders can be calibrated automatically and promptly, ensuring easy operation and high efficiency.
Feeder sizes available include 8 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 24 mm, 32 mm, 44 mm and 56 mm. Applicable component sizes and packages include 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, SOP, SSOP, SOC, QFP, QFN, BGA, 3538, 4148 diode, 3535 ball-shape LED, 5050 and others.
