Altico supplies static shielding bags for protecting sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD).
The bags offer protection against electrostatic charges, and are mainly suitable for use outside of electrostatic protected areas (EPAs). When sealed, these bags form a Faraday cage that prevents voltage surges.
Suitable for protecting highly sensitive controllers, circuit boards and other electronic components, these ESD bags offer smooth potential equalisation and are EN/IEC 61340-5-1 conformant. Customers have the option of choosing from a wide selection of zip lock and non zip lock standard flat bags, which are available from stock.
