Statguard conductive acrylic paint is a one-part floor coating formulated to produce controlled dissipation of static electrical charges. Made by Desco, it is highly effective as a static control floor coating and alternative to ESD floor mats in electronics manufacturing, assembly, testing and storage areas.
Applicable to concrete or epoxy flooring, the paint also adheres to walls or wood furniture, and exceeds ANSI/ESD S20.20 minimum recommended technical requirements of < 1 x 109 Ω for ESD protected flooring. It is ROHS compliant and can be applied by rolling or spraying. Statguard conductive acrylic paint is available in grey (good for hiding dirt) in 3,8 litre and 19 litre containers; and in light grey (for a brighter looking factory area) in 19 litre containers only.
