Custom’s new TL series of professional receipt printers are designed for OEM integration into self-service kiosks, ATMs and banking machines, gaming machines, parking pay terminals, queue management systems and vending machines.
They are available with RS232 and USB interfaces onboard, accept 24 V input and feature a highly reliable autocutter. The compact printers are offered with paper roll holder positioned below, above or behind. TL receipt thermal printers are provided with autoinstalling drivers for Windows 2K, XP, Vista and with remote status monitor software.
The TL60 allows for paper of 60 mm width on a roll up to 80 mm in diameter and can print at speeds in excess of 140 mm/sec. The TL80 can print at speeds above 150 mm/sec on paper rolls 80 mm in width and up to 90 mm in diameter. Both models feature thermal printing technology with resolutions of 8 dot/mm, enabling them to provide full graphic and text printing. They can print barcodes according to UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN13, EAN8, CODE39, ITF, CODABAR, CODE93, CODE128 and CODE32, in European, International, Portuguese, Nordic, Chinese and Russian fonts. Mean time between failures is more than 420 000 hours and cutting reliability is greater than 1 000 000 repetitions. The TL80 further features an adjustable paper roll holder and ‘paper-in’ sensor.
