The new MAV series from knitter-switch is designed to satisfy applications where resistance to vandals, water ingress and ‘difficult’ environments is important. Typical applications include industrial shop-floor systems, outdoor elevators and vending machines.
All visible parts are made from either stainless steel or chromium plated brass and the switches are rated up to IP67. Customers can also specify LED illumination if required. knitter-switch will supply MAV series switches with NO, NC or SPDT contacts, latching or momentary function and users can expect a switch lifetime of up to 200 000 operations. Ease of use is enhanced by the fact that the switches are available with solder, screw-terminal or fast-on connection.
