KVG is offering a very low phase noise, 100 MHz SMD oven controlled crystal sscillator (OCXO).
Offered in a small SMD package measuring just 25 x 22 x 20 mm, it has a fast warm-up time of 5 minutes to reach a tolerance of 5 x 10-8 and features power consumption of 1 W at 25°C.
Frequency stability is ±50 ppb (parts per billion) between -20 and +70°C, with long-term stability of ±2 ppb/day. Phase noise ranges from
-130 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz through to -170 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz. The OCXO has an electrical frequency tuning input, a stabilised reference voltage output and is RoHS compliant.
