Altico Static Control Products offers a range of worksurface mats for electronics production in two stock sizes, on rolls or to customer requirements.
The two-layer Economat rubber worksurface mat is constructed of a dissipative top layer with a conductive backing. Protecting electronic components from electrostatic discharge damage, these Economat mats have a top layer that is resistant to solvents, hot solder and soldering irons.
The stock sizes have two 7 mm connecting points on a short side. The mats have a thickness of 2 mm and are grey. With excellent flatness, the standard resistivity is 108 Ω/sq, resistance to ground is 107 Ω and static decay is <0,01 s. They comply with IEC 61340-5-1.
