The MPM3690-20 from Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) is a dual 13 A output or single 26 A output power module that offers a complete power solution, with excellent load and line regulation. It supports a 4 V to 16 V input voltage (VIN) range and a 0,6 V to 3,3 V output voltage (VOUT) range. The two output voltages can be set separately via a single resistor at each output.
The device adopts MPS’ proprietary, multi-phase constant-on-time (MCOT) control, which provides ultra-fast transient response and minimises output capacitance. The MPM3690-20 integrates a monolithic DC/DC converter, power inductor and other passive components. It is available in a BGA (16 x 16 x 5,18 mm) package.
