As electronics manufacturing is getting more and more involved with the advent of Industry 4.0, it is understood that customers are also expecting to transform their operations, yielding higher productivity and competitiveness. Strategically armed with OPC (Optimum Paste Control), G-Titan from GKG makes your journey towards lights-out manufacturing a seamless one.

Solder paste is automatically dispensed across the entire squeegee length, maintaining a 15 mm rolling diameter, and adopting the common 500 gram solder paste jar. Using a panel light installed at the top and a CCD camera below, the QPC (Quality Print Control) feature automatically detects the clogging of stencil apertures to eliminate poor quality stencils being used, ensuring quality printing right from the start.

Option extras for this machine include seamless connection with the user’s MES system, closed-loop feedback to automatically adjust and correct the print deposits, automated glue dispensing, side-by-side operation, and series operation.
