Using a panel light installed at the top and a CCD camera below, the QPC (Quality Print Control) feature automatically detects the clogging of stencil apertures to eliminate poor quality stencils being used, ensuring quality printing right from the start.
Option extras for this machine include seamless connection with the user’s MES system, closed-loop feedback to automatically adjust and correct the print deposits, automated glue dispensing, side-by-side operation, and series operation.
