Omron offers a new range of self-powered counters and tachometers that it says bring a new level of functionality to the counter display market. Available in black or beige, these compact displays measure 24 x 48 x 48,5 mm. They boast an 8,6 mm character height, a NEMA4/IP66 rated front facia, finger-protected terminal blocks and replaceable batteries (batteries have a guaranteed seven-year lifespan). PNP/NPN universal DC voltage, AC/DC multivoltage and no-voltage input versions are all available with most versions having switchable counting modes.
The H7EC-N eight-digit totalising counter and H7ET-N seven-digit time counter both have front-mounted reset buttons for ease of use; should reset keys not be required, they can be locked out. The H7ER-N self-powered tachometer completes the range with a five-digit, switchable dual revolution display.
All units are CE-marked and conform to an array of international standards.
