Linear Technology's LT6200 is an ultra low noise (0,95 nV/rt.Hz) high-speed (165 MHz gain bandwidth product) unity gain stable, voltage feedback amplifier. The device works on a single 3 V supply. Existing op amps with similar noise performance require dual supply operation and lack rail-to-rail performance. With the LT6200, maximum signal-to-noise ratio and maximum signal dynamic range is achieved because of the parts rail-to-rail input common mode range and rail-to-rail output voltage swing. Therefore, designers can eliminate a negative supply and simplify their power supply requirements. Unity gain stable, it is suited for PLL designs. Low distortion of -85 dB at 1 MHz, makes it good for buffering the ADC inputs or outputs of high resolution DACs. Operates on either single or split supplies from 2,5 to 12,6 V total. It features a shutdown pin that reduces supply current to less than 1,8 mA. Comes in 6-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin SOIC packages.
