The Bourns CAT10 is a 0402-sized chip array with concave terminals. The CAT10 is available in E24 standard values at a tolerance of 5% and accompanies the company's convex terminal chip array, the CAY10.
According to Bourns, the CAT10 improves placement efficiency and permits high-density mounting while reducing board space and component count. The product is available in standard values from 10 Ohm to 1 MOhm. Utilised primarily by the computers and peripherals market, the CAT10 can be used in computers, printers, hard disk drives, CD-ROM drives, etc.
