New SMT planar transformers from Payton Planar have a power range up to 40 W and a footprint of 18,8 x 15,2 mm max. Height is 6,6 mm. With 'forward with resonant reset or active clamp' topology, these transformers have a frequency range of 400 to 1000 kHz and a 36-75 V d.c. input voltage range to the power stage. Pri/Sec isolation is 1800 V d.c. (operational) and they are rated for operation -40 to +85°C.
Other SMT standard planar transformer models are offered power rated to 100 W, in 18-36 V input, and 36-75 V input models.
