NJR's NJM28XX/NJU777X series LDOs (low drop-out regulator) feature low supply current and low noise. NJR has extended its industry-standard NJM2871F/NJM2872F models with the NJU777XF series for power-saving, the NJM2860F3 for space-saving, the NJM288X for high output power and the NJM280XU for multifunctioning.
The operation of the series is stabilised with 1,0 µF small ceramic capacitor. The series achieves superior low noise electrical performance of 30 µV r.m.s. and high ripple rejection ratio of 70 dB. In addition, it has very accurate output voltage guaranteed to be less than ±1,0%.
The NJM2860F3 is available in ultra tiny SC88A package suitable for space-conscious portable applications, the NJM288X series is intended for DSP power supplies and the NJM280XU is for applications using multipower supplies.
