The STV2310 is a high-quality video front-end circuit designed to process worldwide PAL, NTSC and SECAM analog standards into digitised 4:2:2 YCrCb video format. This ST Microelectronics device provides a cost-effective solution for digital consumer applications, which still need analog video signal inputs while in the transition phase to full digital video. It also addresses a range of legacy issues, enabling consumers to buy new digital TVs without having to replace their older analog VCRs.
