Zestron’s VIGON N 600 is a defluxing product with an innovative pH-neutral formulation providing excellent cleaning performance and ability to remove a wide range of flux residues under pH-neutral conditions. Due to its neutral pH-value, the cleaning agent also demonstrates a high level of material compatibility with sensitive metals and polymers (e.g. aluminium, brass or nickel, plastics, labels and inks) on PCBs.
The defluxing agent performs well at low application concentrations in specific processes, and provides good results underneath low standoff components. It also offers increased wire bonding/moulding quality for power modules, leadframe-based discrete components and power LEDs.
