With the advent of complex and bulkier servers, CPS Technologies decided to manufacture a range of cabinets capable of carrying loads in excess of 1000 kg.
Its designers therefore created the professional looking Atlas range of cabinets that comes standard with a knock down, heavy duty structure that is able to pass through doorways.
The units come with castors and adjustable feet as standard. This feature allows one person to easily roll units weighing in excess of a metric ton into place before being jacked up and levelled with the adjustable feet. The castors are specifically designed and manufactured to high quality. They include high precision ball bearings, heavy duty metal pressing and hard wearing rubber which is suitable for server room flooring.
Made from high-quality cold rolled steel and supplied in black, white or grey, the cabinets have a loading capacity of 1200 kg, and come in widths of 600 and 800 mm, depths of 1000 and 1200 mm, and heights of 38U, 42U and 47U. Their side panels are removable, while hexagonal mesh covers the double rear doors and front door, which can optionally be supplied in glass.
