PTR’s portfolio of test probes includes a broad selection of parts for battery applications.
Available probes with a 2,54 mm centre include Series 5303, which features a short, compact size and is suitable for board-to-board contacting or for use in charging units. Made from gold plated brass and spring steel components, it has a full travel of 1,40 mm, working travel of 0,70 mm and current rating of 3,5 A. With similar features but different characteristics, Series 5305 is available with a full travel of 1,00 mm and current rating of 1,5 A. Both of these probes have rounded tips.
For a wider selection of tip types, Series 5110/S comes in a variety of configurations with a 4,0 mm centre. Its specifications include a full travel of 3,50 mm, working travel of 2,80 mm and current rating of 10,0 A.
