Connectors for transportation

23 March 2016 Interconnection

Today’s complex vehicles include more connectors than ever.

Built to last, even in the harshest environments, Molex transportation solutions can be found in powertrain, safety and driver assistance, comfort, infotainment and connected vehicle applications.

MX150 sealed systems are an environmentally sealed, submersible power and signal product family that withstands harsh conditions. The innovative matte-sealed connector is based upon the 1,50 mm ISO blade-type terminal system, available with pre-tin, selective gold and pure silver contact finishes. This design eliminates the need to purchase, handle and crimp individual wire seals to lower applied cost.

The Stac64 range comprises stackable and modular PCB header solutions designed to USCAR approved footprints and testing requirements. The standard product line based on the 0,64 mm pitch terminal includes 8-, 12-, 16- and 20-circuit connectors in both vertical and right-angle headers supporting low-level signal requirements.

Mizu-P25 is a miniature, ruggedised, water-proof, wire-to-wire connector system that achieves IP67 certification. The lineup includes two sub-families: the low-voltage system, which is rated up to 125 V; and the high-voltage system, rated up to 250 V.
