The WJS 100 soldering system from Pace Worldwide features high maximum power output to make easy work of the most challenging, high-thermal-mass or high-volume soldering applications. Integral to the solution is a special range of gold-end tip-heater cartridges engineered to deliver maximum heat throughput and increase productivity while allowing the operator to solder at safer, lower temperatures – even with lead-free solder.
The WJS 100 is fully programmable and incorporates Pace’s exclusive IntelliHeat control technology. It comes standard with a special anni-versary edition of the TD-100 Thermo-Drive handpiece, considered by many to be the most comfortable soldering handle available. Tips are sold separately.
The unit can be upgraded by adding the optional Instant Setback Cubby which places the iron into setback mode after 45 seconds of non-use. This significantly extends tip life, especially when working with lead-free solders. Additionally, the optionally available MT-100 MiniTweez surface mount rework tweezer can be used with the WJS 100 with its new WJS high-performance tweezer tips, part numbers 1128-1001-P1 through 1128-1011-P1.
