As part of its price/performance balanced ELG family of power supplies for the LED lighting market, Mean Well has launched the ELG-150 series with both constant voltage and constant current.
It is suitable for applications requiring up to 150 W of power at voltages of 12 V, 24 V, 36 V, 42 V, 48 V or 54 V, driven from an input in the range of 180 – 295 V a.c.
Various models are available with diversified function options (e.g. adjustable constant voltage and constant current levels, 3-in 1-dimming, DALI), all of which feature built-in power factor correction. This series is relevant for all types of LED luminaire applications, such as street lighting, harbour lighting, bay lighting, flood lighting, and so on.
