APEM introduced the FD series of double-icon illuminated pushbutton switches, allowing the display of two different legends depending on the backlighting colour.
The parts are ideally suited for integrated designs where additional switches and indicators are no longer necessary.
Designed like a traditional pushbutton, the FD series integrates a technology of superposed filters reacting to green and red light only. Model options include snap-in and threaded bushing models, bushing diameter of 24 or 26 mm, momentary or latching action, and standard legends I/O, START/STOP and ON/OFF, with additional legends available on request.
