The machine comes with a standard dual-illumination sensor designed to offer the best GR&R (gage repeatability and reproducibility) results on even the very smallest of paste deposits. Its award-winning SPIV5 software offers features that enable extremely smart and fast inspection.
Specifications include support for board sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 510 x 510 mm, inspection speed at 30 μm of 108 cm²/sec peak (80 cm²/sec average) and at 15 μm of 56 cm²/sec peak (30 cm²/sec average).
