The DEK Horizon 8 is an easy-to-use, entry level automatic surface mount screen printer designed for 25 to 35 seconds tact time. Typical products to which it is applicable are white goods, peripherals (mouse, remote), simple devices, LED lighting boards, medical (lab, non life support) and automotive (entertainment, navigation).
The system is perfectly suited for standard SMT processes with component sizes down to 0,4 CSP. Its high accuracy and repeatability specifications are in line with DEK’s high standard, and are complemented by easy-to-learn Instinctiv software.
Optimised for price-to-performance ratio, the machine comes in a standard, factory built configuration including a number of features that are often available only as optional extras. However, even more features can be purchased as part of a machine performance upgrade in the field.
