The Fluke 1730 three-phase electrical energy logger provides simplicity in discovering sources of electrical energy wastage. Its ability to profile energy usage across facilities allows the user to identify opportunities for energy savings and provides easy-to-understand data required to take the appropriate action.
The instrument shows when and where energy is being consumed in a facility, down to the individual circuits. It compares multiple data points over time and builds a comprehensive picture of energy usage with its accompanying software package.
In conjunction with a VT02 visual IR thermometer or Ti125 infrared camera, the 1730 can quickly identify opportunities for energy savings both electrically and thermally. More than 20 separate logging sessions can be stored on the instrument; all measured values are automatically logged and can be reviewed during logging and before downloading for on-the-go analysis.
Complete ‘in-the-field’ setup can be done through the front panel, with no need to return to the workshop for download and setup, or to take a computer to the electrical panel. Battery life is four hours of operating time per charge on lithium-ion battery.
