Avago Technologies unveiled a new family of 14,2 mm optocoupler devices, the ACNT-Hxxx, designed for high-voltage applications. The family consists of three major product series: ACNT-H3xx high-efficiency gate drive optocouplers for driving IGBTs; ACNT-H6xL low-power, 10 MBd digital optocouplers for system control and data communications; and ACNT-H79x high-linearity isolation amplifiers for current and voltage sensing applications.
Supplied in a 14,2 mm SSO-8 package, the devices meet stringent system and equipment regulatory requirements, and carry CSA, UL and IEC safety approvals.
