COSEL’s new PLA series is a family of enclosed type AC-DC switching power supplies. They have the same reliability as the manufacturer’s existing high-end model, with added cost effectiveness suitable for many industrial, LED sign, automation and test and measurement applications. The PLA series has been designed with streamlined functions and for reliability, all electrolytic capacitors have 105°C rating, and the built-in fan’s lifetime is 50 000 hours.
The PLA300F has a 41 mm profile and is rated between 250 W and 300 W output power, while the PLA600F has a 61 mm profile and is rated between 500 W and 600 W output power. Both models accept an 85 V to 264 V a.c. input and are available with outputs of 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, 24 V, 36 V and 48 V. They carry UL60950-1, C-UL, EN60950-1 and EN50178 approvals.
