To win this award, a company needs to demonstrate not only the ability to manage research, systems, technology, innovation and people, but also its commitment to BBBEE, job creation and the environment. Gary Stanton, MD of PFK Electronics, stated: “To receive this award is recognition of the giant strides we have made as an organisation in recent years. Our success is largely based on having an inspiring vision and employing high calibre people who are able to contribute to our growth strategy in a sustainable manner. This award is even more pleasing as it comes straight off the back of receiving the KZN Exporter of the Year award. This is our 25th year anniversary as a company and it has been our most successful in all respects.”
