Central Semiconductor’s CSHD10-100C is a silicon Schottky rectifier designed for surface-mount, high-voltage (up to 100 V) applications requiring a low forward voltage drop. The IC consists of two 5 A Schottky rectifiers in a common cathode configuration.
Total current carrying capacity is 10 A and forward voltage is only 0,8 V at 5 A. The device is intended for use as a solar bypass diode, for DC-DC output rectification and for reverse polarity protection.
