Microchip has expanded its family of MOSFET drivers with the new MCP14E6/7/8 and MCP14E9/10/11 low-side MOSFET drivers.
They complement the company’s existing 4,5 A MCP14E3/4/5 low-side drivers by offering peak output currents of 2 A and 3 A respectively. This low-cost family has a wide operating voltage range of 4,5 V to 18 V and features enable input pins to provide a shutdown capability for conserving power.
The drivers are offered in 8-pin SOIC and 8-pin, 6 x 5 mm DFN packages.
