EBG offers the LXP 100 series of resistors in a totally encapsulated and insulated TO-247 package for low ohmic value and non-inductive designs in high-frequency and pulsing applications. The parts are aimed at use in power supplies and are rated at 100 Watts when mounted to a heatsink. Single-screw mounting simplifies attachment to the heatsink, and the package is totally insulated from heatsink when mounted.
The resistors are available in standard values ranging from 0,05 Ω to 1 MΩ, and in other values upon request; resistance tolerance ranges are ±1%, ±2%, ±5% and ±10%.
