Test equipment supplier changes name and expands range

8 July 2009 Test & Measurement

K Measure (previously Praktici) has just expanded by becoming the sole distributer for ZeroPlus computer-based test instrumentation, complementing the company’s existing range of PC-based test equipment.

The new range includes a high-speed 32-bit logic analyser (LA) for the professional user and a 16-bit LA for users with a tight budget. Both devices are bus-powered and include a range of protocol interpreters, including UART, USB, CAN, I²C, Dallas 1-wire, SPI, Microwire and Manchester.

The portable, USB-powered logic analysers and oscilloscopes are well suited to field work, since only a laptop is required. This means that, not only do users not have to worry about power supplies, cables, flat batteries or generators, but they can also log historical data on the laptop's hard drive.

K Measure's biggest selling product is the 7-in-1 Elab-080. This complete lab-in-a-box packs a dual-channel scope, 16-channel logic analyser, spectrum analyser, programmable waveform generator, pattern generator, dual-channel programmable power supply and programmable clock into one device.
