Central Semiconductor’s CMLSH2-4LC is a dual-pair of low VF Schottky diodes packaged in the space-saving SOT-563 surface mount case. This device has two isolated pairs of 40 V, 200 mA Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration. It has a typical low VF of 0,24 V and a typical switching speed of 3,5 ns and is suitable for a wide range of portable battery powered circuit applications, including DC-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, reverse polarity protection and low-voltage rectification.
The CMLSH2-4LC in the six lead SOT-563 case, with a maximum height of 0,6 mm, has a 45% lower profile than its predecessor the SOT-363 (1,1 mm) and utilises 42% less board space.
