The Super Relay PLC from Mimic Components/Crafts is an economical and expandable micro PLC with a range of optional modules including telephone alarm notification, LCD message displays (HMI), analog-to-digital inputs, and I/O expansion units in multiples of 12 and 22.
An industrial wireless remote control module offers six wireless remote control input points. A removable 4 x 10 character LCD, which acts as an HMI with a separate installation mounting rack, can easily be mounted on the panel of a cabinet, in order to display alarm messages and realtime values, as well as allowing the user to change preset values.
The PLC runs from a supply voltage of 12–24 V d.c. or 110–240 V a.c. Output currents are 10 A for relay outputs and 2 A for transistor outputs. Programming is performed in function block diagram (FBD) language, with a maximum of 127 programming blocks, 127 counters and 127 timers.
