Higher availability and safety with shielded cables

The EMC-conform sensor-actuator cables from Phoenix Contact are equipped with a shielding wire mesh. These cables strongly dampen interference signals of electromagnetic fields which can occur in the area around the transmission cable, improving signal transmission and increasing system safety and availability.

The SAC cables correspond to the increased EMC requirements in the field of sensors. Electrically harsh distances can be covered and sensitive signals protected. Lower signal levels are also reliably received over long distances.

The extrusion-insulated M12 plugs and sockets are available in a striaght and an angled design with three, four and five pins and in various cable lengths. All versions comply with the requirements as per the protection type IP67 in the plugged state.
