Hirose's PO21M, PO51M and PO82M series are 2 mm hard metric (HM) coaxial connectors that conform to IEC61076-4 standard and can be mounted on the same surface as the electrical system connectors.
The housing cases (of the PO21M series) are available in a board fastening type with a moulded peg pin system that conforms to the standard as well as an original Hirose Electric screw fastening type making these connectors suitable for a wide variety of mounting conditions.
The coaxial connectors of the PO51M series have a 50 Ohm impedance and those of the PO82M series are 75 Ohm. Hirose's original technology serves to guarantee high frequency characteristics from housing tops to 1 mm behind.
Applications are for mobile telephone base-stations, a wide variety of transmission equipment, etc.
