International Rectifier has introduced a new family of 60 V and 75 V MOSFETs optimised for industrial battery applications.
The new N-channel devices utilise IR's trench MOSFET technology with low on-state resistance for improved system efficiency and high reliability, also making them well suited for battery backup systems such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) as well as hard switched or high frequency circuits common in switch mode power supplies. On-state resistance is 9,0 mΩ for the 75 V versions, and as low as 8,4 mΩ for the 60 V variants.
The new devices are offered lead-free, in TO-220, D-PAK and D2 PAK packages and are RoHS compliant.
