Denver Technical Products is offering current probes for direct connection to test equipment via a cable. Depending on quantities, a connector can be fitted, specified by the end user.
The AC/DC probes operate on Hall effect technology and the power for the internal electronics can be supplied directly from the test equipment. Provision is also made for power to be supplied by an internal battery.
For AC only applications, conventional passive transformer techniques are employed, thus the units are self-powered. The series M1, M2 and M2.C all accommodate conductors of up to 15 mm in diameter.
