Ingun has developed its series GKS-854 test probes in order to bridge the gap between its GKS series of replaceable standard test probes and its HSS series of high-current probes. These new probes are rated at currents from 10 to 12 A and feature typical insertion resistance of less than 100 mΩ. Their maximum stroke is 5,5 mm, and at the working stroke of 4,4 mm, spring force is 5,0 N +15%, with a 3,0 N option also available.
The GKS-854 has the same basic design as the HSS-150 series and is therefore 100% compatible. Apart from this, it is available both in the normal plug-in version as well as the screw-in GKS-854 M version. It is used together with the receptacle from the HSS-150/HSS-150 M series.
