New range of SPI serial flash devices

AMIC Technology has introduced a full range of serial flash devices from 16M to 512K. The A25LXXP SPI serial flash family comprises: A25L16P (16 MB), A25L80P (8 MB), A25L40P (4 MB), A25L20P (2 MB), A25L10P (1 MB), and A25L05P (512 KB). All can be programmed 1 to 256 bytes at a time, using the page-program instruction. The SPI flash offers flexible sector architecture (4/4/8/16/32) KB / 64x(N-1) KB. The whole memory can be erased using the bulk erase instruction or by one sector at a time by means of the sector erase instruction. They also feature high speed clock rates up to 75 MHz. These devices come in RoHS compliant 8-pin SOP, 8-pin DIP and 8-pin QFN packages.
