OKW’s Diatec case series are advanced enclosures designed for housing wall mounted and tabletop electronics.

Typical applications will include building access and security devices, job and time recording units, measuring and control equipment, data collection systems, medical and wellness devices and communications equipment.

This series has a central control panel area for mounting a keypad, touch screen, or display unit. These contoured enclosures are moulded in off-white ABS plastic. Suited for either wall mounted or desktop electronics, they have knockouts in the base for easy wall mounting, internal screw pillars for PCBs etc, and a battery compartment for 1,5 V AA or 9 V cells. Optional hinged lids, in ABS or translucent polycarbonate, protect the control area.

The Diatec series has snap-on side panels that allow installation without disassembly of the top panel, and side panel locking tabs to prevent tampering. Accessory slot-in panels can be used to separate the electronics and terminal areas.

Available accessories include hinged lids, slot-in panels, battery contacts and PCB screws. Type S measures 210 x 200 x 48 mm and Type M measues 270 x 200 x 48 mm (external).
