Recently, National Semiconductor released two piezo-electric speaker driver ICs for piezoceramic speaker applications. Sonitron, a leading European manufacturer of piezo-ceramic audible components, says that in combination with only a few external components, these audio power amplifier ICs are an excellent solution to drive its SPS piezo-ceramic speakers.
