Current-shunt monitor is complete with integrated comparators and voltage reference

A complete comparison solution that combines a high-side current-sense amplifier, two comparators and a voltage reference in a small 14-pin package is available from Texas Instruments. The unique integration and functionality of the INA206 simplifies design of current comparison circuits and reduces application board space. Target applications include computer, power management and automotive systems.

The INA206 also features a wide common-mode voltage range of -16 V to +80 V, 500 kHz bandwidth and a wide supply range of 2,7 V to 18 V.
