Wurth offers a new magnetically-shielded SMD power choke in its WE-PD series: type XS. These chokes have the smallest dimensions in the WE-PD group with a surface area of only 6 mm² and a height of 3,3 mm.
Being available in the most common inductance values, this component series is well-suited for different switch-controller applications. The very low RDC-value allows high efficiency for DC-DC-converters. The WE-PD Type XS is available in lead-free and is suitable for many popular ICs.
