Further expanding its high performance ECLinPS MAX family of clock and data management solutions, ON Semiconductor has added the NB6L11S, and NB6N14S - two highly accurate, fully-differential interface ICs - to the line. The devices are designed for precise clock management of telecoms, networking and ATE applications. Both devices combine ON's bipolar capability with an LVDS-compatible output structure, enabling them to interface directly with LVDS devices without sacrificing performance. In addition, they use the company's AnyLevel input structure, which provides seamless interfacing with LVPECL, CML, LVCMOS, LVTTL, or LVDS signals. The NB6L11S and NB6N14S are differential 1:2 and 1:4 clock or data translators and distribution devices resp., with a maximum input clock frequency of greater than 2,0 GHz, and jitter of 500 fs typical. The devices operate at 2,5 V and 3,3 V resp. They come in QFN-16 package.
