Three-phase switching power supply and converter

Power Electronics / Power Management
Cabur has added a new three phase switching power supply and a new converter, to its range.
The CSG42 power supply unit has a wide input range of 340-550 V a.c. and 42 A/24 V d.c. output. Hiccup, auto and manual or constant power reset are selectable. The three different overvoltage and short circuit protections can be set according to the application. The thermal protection turns off the device if the air temperature is 60°C along with continuous full load protection. When the temperature cools down the unit automatically restarts. An electronic output voltage limitation at ±32 V d.c. will, in the event of failure, prevent damage of downstream devices.
Suitable for applications in telecommunications systems, the CS4824-5 DC-DC converters are engineered with 48 V d.c. input voltage supply, range 36-72 V d.c. standard voltage with 24 V d.c./5 A output. The power supply provides 1 kV input/output isolation, solving any problems in grounding I/O potentials.
